Ortho Marketplace is a specialized B2B platform connecting orthodontic suppliers with dental practitioners. Our platform enables verified suppliers to list their products and verified dental professionals to browse and purchase orthodontic supplies in a secure environment.
Ortho Marketplace is exclusively for verified dental professionals (primarily orthodontists and dentists) and verified orthodontic product suppliers. All users must complete a verification process before gaining full access to the platform.
Our verification process ensures that only legitimate dental professionals and suppliers can access the platform. The process varies slightly depending on your role:
- Doctors: Must provide their full name, email, and valid license number. Our team verifies this information against official medical licensing databases.
- Suppliers: Must provide company details, VAT number, and business registration information. Our team verifies the legitimacy of the business before granting access.
Verification usually takes 1-3 business days to complete.
To register as a doctor:
- Click on the "Register" button in the top right corner
- Select "Register as a Doctor"
- Fill out the registration form with your details, including your license number
- Submit the form and wait for verification
- Once verified, you'll receive an email confirming your account is active
No, you must complete the verification process before you can place orders. This ensures that only verified dental professionals can purchase orthodontic supplies through our platform.
You can track your orders by visiting your Dashboard and clicking on "Orders." Here you'll see all your past and current orders, including their status, shipping information, and tracking details if available.
To register as a supplier:
- Click on the "Register" button in the top right corner
- Select "Register as a Supplier"
- Fill out the registration form with your company details, including VAT number
- Submit the form and wait for verification
- Once verified, you'll receive an email confirming your account is active
Once verified as a supplier, you can list products by:
- Log in to your supplier account
- Navigate to your Supplier Dashboard
- Click on "Products" and then "Add New Product"
- Fill out the product details, including name, description, price, and images
- Submit the product for approval
- Once approved by our team, your product will be visible to all doctors
When a doctor places an order for your products, you'll receive a notification. You can view and manage all orders through your Supplier Dashboard under "Orders." From there, you can update order status, add shipping information, and communicate with the buyer if necessary.
Ortho Marketplace specializes in orthodontic supplies and equipment, including:
- Orthodontic brackets, bands, and wires
- Aligners and retainers
- Orthodontic tools and instruments
- Dental adhesives and bonding materials
- Elastics and chains
- Orthodontic accessories and consumables
All suppliers on our platform undergo verification, which helps ensure product quality. Additionally, products have ratings and reviews from other dental professionals who have purchased them. You can also view detailed product specifications, certifications, and images to assess quality before purchasing.
Ortho Marketplace uses a secure payment processing system. When you make a purchase, your payment is held in escrow until you confirm receipt of the products. This ensures that suppliers only receive payment once you've received your order in satisfactory condition.
If you need to return a product, you should contact the supplier directly through the platform within 14 days of receiving the order. Each supplier may have slightly different return policies, which are visible on their profile page and product listings.
Shipping fees vary by supplier and are clearly displayed during the checkout process. Some suppliers offer free shipping above a certain order value. All shipping costs are transparent and shown before you complete your purchase.
